Hand mined in west Georgia, these minerals have a light pink color and are approximately 0.5-1.5" each. The rose quartz from Georgia is often lighter in color than ones from Brazil or Madagascar, however, the benefit is that you know these were mined ethically (by me!) from a licensed family-run facility. I like knowing that I am the very first person (ever) to hold these.
These will look gorgeous next to your bath, (particularly a bubble bath with candles and wine. Yes, please!) Plus they will help your soap last longer by allowing it to dry between uses. Each resin and stone dish is 3" x 5" and feature rubber bumpers on the bottom to protect countertops and keep the them from sliding. Pictures shown are for representation only since each is one of a kind. There can be a substantial variety in shape, size and composition of these dishes, depending on what stones I gather at the mine. They may also have a small amount of clear or smoky quartz mixed in. If this is important to you, please reach out and I will send pictures of what is in stock.
Two varieties are available: rough and polished.
Rough quartz straight from the ground has very sharp edges (trust me) so I have tumbled these just enough (around one day) to round the edges minimally. The polished quartz have been tumbled for a minimum of four weeks to create smoother, shiny stones.
To clean, simply run under warm water and scrub gently with a sponge. Not dishwasher safe.
