Shipping and Refunds
We have updated our shipping policies and want to be completely transparent. Please remember: we are not Amazon, shipping is expensive for us too.
Nearly every year USPS and UPS raise their rates. I do my best to keep shipping rates as low as possible but, nonetheless, there are many times where shipping costs exceed what customers pay. In other words, despite having access to commercial shipping rates, I can still lose money on shipping.
Orders up to $10 ship for $7.99
Orders between $10.01 and $34.99 ship for $8.99
Orders over $35 ship for $9.99
We offer free pickup for folks who are local to the Atlanta area and wish to drive to Decatur.

December 17--First-class packages (up to 15.9 oz)
December 19--Priority Mail service
December 21--Priority Express service (higher cost, please contact me for a rate quote before ordering)
December 23--Local pickup in Decatur, GA
AFO/FPO/DPO orders ONLY (y'all know who you are)
December 9--Priority Mail and first-class mail
December 16--Priority Express service (higher cost--contact me for a rate quote before ordering)
Currently, I can only ship to the United States. Contact me if you would like to order from Canada and I will calculate a rate (but it's often pretty high.)
I can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses but it will take longer to arrive.
In hot summer months, orders including candles will only ship Monday-Wednesday to minimize the possibility that your order will sit in a hot truck over the weekend.
Free, local pick up in Decatur GA is always available; use the PICKUP option at checkout. Please indicate when you would like to pick up your order.
If you are unable to get to Decatur in a timely manner, please choose to have your product shipped.
We want you to love everything about your order. Please reach out to us right away if you are unhappy. Keep in mind, variations in color and design may occur because our products are handmade in small batches. We are unable to refund or exchange a product because they are not to your taste.
If there is damage or a defect, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
