"No Sugar" Apple Pie
I first got this recipe years and years ago from my sister in law. It doesn't use added sugar but instead gets its sweetness from apple juice concentrate. The original recipe was called "Diabetic Apple Pie". I don't know if they were trying to say it is suitable for diabetics (I'm guessing not) or if it would give you diabetes!
Either way, I've made it numerous times and it's always great and SO easy.
