"No Sugar" Apple Pie
I first got this recipe years and years ago from my sister in law. It doesn't use added sugar but instead gets its sweetness from apple juice concentrate. The original recipe was called "Diabetic Apple Pie". I don't know if they were trying to say it is suitable for diabetics (I'm guessing not) or if it would give you diabetes!
Either way, I've made it numerous times and it's always great and SO easy.

This morning, out of the blue, a friend sent me a YouTube video titled "10 Minute Morning Meditation for Gratitude and Positivity to Start Your Day". It's not necessarily the sort of thing I would usually do (my mornings generally consist of coffee and trying to get a child to school), but I gave it a whirl and it really was a nice way to start the day.
